OUR STORY

Chuck Rossler was a furniture salesman working for his father's business. Chuck had always been someone passionate about food growing up in a Jewish family. He always felt an urge to cook and create amazing food with incredible flavor and using quality ingredients.

 

After a dream of having a restaurant called Celebrity Delly (delly because it looks like belly), Chuck started the Celebrity Delly in 1975 and began a legacy of creating amazing Jewish food he had grown up with while using high quality ingredients.

Today, Celebrity Delly is still steeped in the Jewish tradition. His son-in-law William Thompson and his daughter Julie Rossler-Thompson continue his tradition. While our goal isn't just to provide you with a one of a kind deli experience, it is to honor that tradition while also providing the community with new and exciting flavors which are reflective of the quality and freshness of which Chuck would been proud.
