While grocery stores the world over have taught us to grab cold cuts, or luncheon meats from the store, the reality is this Celebrity delly sandwiches are not something to be made at home. Our sandwiches are painstakingly prepared. Over the course of 7 days, we brine, smoke, roast, cure, baste, grill, braise, bake, sous vide, and slice all of our meats. We honor the 400 year tradition of these recipes to bring to you the most flavorful sandwiches found in the DMV.
